emotions

Kuch arsay say meray zahan may aik baat ghoom rahi thi jo may ab ap logon say share karna cahon gi.

May soch rahi thi k agar hum insani zindagi ko aik mathematical equation consider karain jiss may bohat saray variables hotay hain tou is equation ka sab say complex variable ho ga emotion.

Emotion ki wajha say insani zindagi bohat pacheda (complex) ho jati hai aur hum agar emotion ko hi apni zindagi say nikal dain tou hum inasn hi nahi rahain gay bulkay robots bun jain gay .

Is ka matlab hai k hum ko insan rahay k liye emotion ki zarrorat hai tou is say sabit ho gaya hay hum insanon ki zindagi already kafi complexed hai

Upper say hum insan apni zindagi ko mazeed complex kartay hain jab hum ziyada say ziyada negative emotions ka istamal kartay hain

Ab baat ho jaye k negative aur positive emotions kon kon say hotay hain. Negative emotions may shamil hai gusa, nafrat , badla, takabur wagara aur positive emotions hain mohabat, rahamdili ,darguzar wagara.

In hi sab ki taleem har mazhab deta hai kun k sirf yahi hai jo hamri zindagi ko easy karti hai

Hum insane itnay stupid hain k hum asan cheez ko chor k khud apnay liye mushkilat pida kartay hain aur is ki wajha yeh hai k negative emotions ka impact hamesha kafi ziyada hota hai positive say aur humain us emotion ko ignore karna bohat mushkil lagta hai lakin agar hum woh karnay may kamiyab ho jain tou hamari zindagi bohat asan ho jaye gi.

Tou aj say koshish karain k apni zindagi may positive emtion ko sahmil karnay ki aur apni zindagi ko asan banaye :)

  4. Ismat aap ne aik bohat complex topic ko bohat simplified tarikay se present kia hay. I appreciate you.Mathematics ka aik aur rule bhe jis se hum complex equations ko small equations main divide ker k solve kartay hain. isi tarha hum apni life main jo negative emotions hain un ko bhe thora thora ker k apni life se remove kar saktay hain. or un ke jaga jasay k aap ne khud kaha k positive emotions ko develop ker saktay hain. But aik cheez or bhe hay k kafi saray emotions aisay hotay hain jo insaan ke nature main hotay hain jasay hum kahtay hain k ye insaan bohat sensitive hay, ya bohat ghussy wala hay ya bohat khush rahnay wala hay. . . ye emotions insaan ke nature main hotay hain jin ko badalna thora mushkil hota hay. but ye ho sakta hay k hum in negative emotions ko positive side per use ker lain. jasay ghussay ko kisi ghareeb per ya kamzoor per use karnay ke bajay is ko zalim per ya islam kay dushman per use karain.. . . . Topic bohat accha laga mujhya. is per bohat lambi discussion ho sakti hay but aap ne simple words main explain ker dia hay.Good

  8. Good one Ismat and I just want to add something. Feelings like jealousy, anger, hate, proudness are not at all negative emotions, infact these emotions are nessesarry for our survival. Yes anything in excessive quantity can cause harm to you even if its humbleness. Anger naturally comes when things get out of our controls and this anger forces us to try to make things better,just like sneezing, no one likes to sneeze it comes out naturally when our body needs it. Its a natural phenomina. What we should actually learn is to control our-as you called them "negative emotions".

    Good emotions like forgiveness, love, kindness...should also be there but again you cant be all loving and all kind with everyone. For example if someone wants to destroy your reputation, what would you do? Would you be kind to her or would you hate her? Hateness would come out naturally.

    So all i want to say is that never feel bad if you are angry or jealous or proud just remember one thing that weather you are justified in your emotions or not and your emotions should never hurt the emotions of someone else.

    Yaar yeh kahan mathematics, equation, negative emotions, positive emotions, robot jaisee complex chezon mein phuss kar cheizon ko aur life ko complex kar rahi ho. Agar life ko complex nahi karna aur simple rakhna hai to in sub cheizon se niklo. samjhi.
